Dental Savings Plan
We’re pleased to offer a low-cost, in-house dental plan to help our patients better afford regular preventative care and procedures.
In exchange for an affordable annual premium you’ll receive preventative maintenance and discounts on many commonly performed dental procedures.
Annual Enrollment Fee:
- Individual = $199
- Individual & spouse = $349
- Family plan = $499
(Individual & up to 4 family members)
- Individual child (age 14 & under) = $170 (includes flouride treatments)
- Additional family member = $99
Preventive Care Fee With Annual Enrollment:
- Examination
(Once Every 6 months)
No fee with plan ($38 Regularly)
- Bitewing X-Rays
(Once Every 12 months)
No fee with plan ($46 Regularly)
- Cleaning (Prophylaxis)
(Once Every 6 months, Twice Annually)
No fee with plan ($68 Regularly)
All other fees are discounted 25% with the exception of root canal therapy, orthodontics and implants. These fees cannot be combined with any other discounts.

Patients agree that Marshall Dental Excellence fee stated above must be paid AT TIME OF SERVICE. Any service NOT paid at the time of service will be billed at the usual, customary and reasonable fee. Plan fees are valid only when paid at time of enrollment. All family members must reside in the same household. This is not an insurance product.
FAQs
Will I still recieve a senior citizen's discount if I sign up for the dental plan?
No. No other discounts will apply if you purchase our dental plan.
Can I make payments on more expensive treatment, such as crowns?
No. As part of your membership agreement, you must pay for your treatment in full at the time of service.
